A Scarlet Letter Year....

I am so delighted and excited to be taking part in Nicola's Scarlet Letter Year, and also delighted to share a Scarlet Letter Year with her.

Clicking on Scarlet Letter on the left hand side of this blog and (it should) take you through to her blog where you can find all the details and the rules.

                                                                   ***WARNING  ***

This is like going through the Looking Glass, you will be tempted beyond all belief by the goodies that are on offer!  I DID go through the Looking Glass and have to confess to having a rather full basket of goodies ready to stretch my credit card to its max.

As I am already part of the SDW SAL, my first entry will be Scarlet Letter's SDW, which we are already in to week 5 of.

Week 5 of SDW, SAL
I am so looking forward to seeing how everyone progresses, and what projects people chose, and memories and sharing and new friends.

  1. SDW is gorgeous! I am glad you found some more SL designs for the challenge, hard to resist, right?

  2. I am so enjoying being part of this SAL - I have to confess I ordered another couple of SL charts - as if I don't have enough already!

  3. Oh Michele you and I are going to be so busy, we definitely have similar tastes. I am going to keep Mary Hurst to stitch with you. She is so special.

  4. Hi, Michelle,
This is Melinda your newest follower from Nicola's SL challenge. Your Blue Ribbon sampler is beautiful, I have the chart but have never stitched it. Love your chicken too, where are the cats?

    1. Sadly Melinda, my cats are departed. I lost Joe about 10 weeks ago and Thomas just before Christmas 2010. I will post about them as I do want to include them, but first Joe is still a bit raw, and I don't want to come across as to maudlin! Come the spring we have decided to look for the next generation of Tabby Cats, and these will be our cats jointly, as opposed to "my boys" who came as part of the package with me!

  5. The SL Blog & our SAL are so much fun! I have to confess I have ordered another couple of charts - no idea when I will find time to stitch them - too many other projects on the go!
